I have never gone for a run before im my life.. anyways i was thinking tomorrow morning i will try it. I have been dieting for just over a week now, and now im getting used to it i need to start exercising. I am terrified though.. any tips on how to make tomorrow morning less traumatic for me? And i just want to say all of you are helping me stay on track and inspiring me! Keep up the good work everyone :
