I swear by these sandwiches! About five years ago my mum attended those ‘Slimming World’ classes and lost a stone in a month! Pretty impressive i know, anyways so i have my mother to thank for this simple, yet genius recipe.Only 217 calories!!
I used wight watcher whole meal  bread (weight watchers are clever you see, they make they loafs smaller so each slice is only 66 calories, mum used to use seeded batch which was more yummy, but more calories)
Dairylea Triangles instead of butter, only 66cal per triangle.. and tres yummy!
Two slices of Bernard Matthews turkey slices, which are only 21cal per slice
And finally a hand full of salad in between the turkey slices
(and not forgettingthe banana for that extra energy boost!)
