Dinner, i counted between 370-400 calories (and 100 for the maltesers after)
Grilled turkey in a wholemeal pitta bread with a table spoon on sweet chili sauce,spring onions and salad.
On the side i used half a sweet potato and chopped it up into fries. Coated in salt, pepper, paprika and a table spoon of mild and light olive oil. Tossed them around in a bowl so they were coated, placed on an oven tray and baked for roughly 20 mins on a medium heat. (They were gorgeous, im laughing at my boyfriend for eating packaged chips.)
Some winter veg on the side,and the other half of my maltesers from last night! yum!
